I like this set-up, this helps to see (how we did) the season at a glance. Good idea!

Thanks — depending on time, I might throw together a traditional schedule, but I figure the one on the front page is good enough for the time being

Great job Matt. I like the look and the ease of seing how we did against certain opponents.

Thanks Surge. I search for such charts when I do my game previews, and often have a difficult time finding them. So this is just as much for me as it is for everyone.

Glad its a quick hit already.

Incidentally, you’ve got an error in your schedule: the Pens play the Sharks on February 11th, not the Ducks.

Other than that, I’ll say that I like this feature. It’s great to be able to look up the season results on a team-by-team basis, like this.

Thanks Ben. Not quite sure how I did that, but I appreciate the correction!

Luke, glad you like it. This is a feature I often look for and rarely find. Aside from the initial set-up, it’s rather simple to update, so it’s good to see it’s somewhat popular.

And, for reference, it can be found very easily by going to our front page and looking at the Penguins “Team Report.” There is a permanent link to this there.

without 3 games each vs. the lowly Islanders and Thrashers the Pens would be toast.

Minor error, but the total stats against carolina doesnt show our regulation loss.

A minor note, but by virtue of the Pens clinching a playoff berth, they retain Tampa’s 5th rd pick in the upcoming draft (acquired for the rights to Michal Sersen). The Isles now own the Pens 4th rounder as compensation in the Guerin deal. Of course, that could still become the Pens third rounder should Pittsburgh advance past the first round. Let’s hope the Pens end up sending their third rounder to the Island. Pittsburgh will still have three selections in the top 65 of the draft, regardless (barring further dealing). Not bad.
