One week to go until what many believe to be the “Christmas” of the hockey season. As general managers around the league try to squeeze out that one more game of evaluation before they pull the trigger on a “sell” deal. The sign outside NHL offices read “[203] days since our last big trade” when they opened up for business at 9 am this morning.
