Johnstown Chiefs Gain 2 Players

The Johnstown Chiefs Head Coach and Vice President of Hockey Operations Ian Herbes announced that the team signed two rookies on Wednesday.

Michael Cohen, a 22-year-old forward, had a great college career playing for the Canisius College Griffins. His biggest claim to fame is that he led the team in scoring for three years. Cohen played in 134 games for the Griffins racking up 100 points (42+58).

In seven ECHL appearances with the Reading Royals, Cohen had one goal and six assists.

B.J. Crum is a 24-year-old defenseman who just finisged playing four years of hockey for the University of Connecticut. Crum played 133 games at the university, scoring 56 points (18+38) and racking up more penalty minutes (194) than games played, ranking him third in the school history.
