New York Rangers vs. Pittsburgh Penguins

The Penguins have taken a 2-0 lead in the series as the teams travel to New York for Game 3 on Tuesday. Jordan Staal scored the game winner and Marc Andre Fleury recorded a shutout.

Jordan Staal scored on the powerplay halfway through the second period. That was all the Penguins would need. Marc Andre Fleury made 26 saves to record the shutout. Fleury bounced back after a difficult first game in the series. He has been outstanding in the playoffs. The series now moves to New York with the Penguins leading 2-0.

The Stars fought back from two deficits to get the win and improve their series lead to 2-0. Dallas was trailing 2-1 at the beginning of the third period, but they scored four goals in the final period. Niklas Hagman scored two of those third period goals. The series now moves to Dallas for Game 3.
