Career Projection |
| Goligoski’s offensive skill set is outstanding. If his defense comes close to catching up, he’ll amount to nothing less than a solid top four defenseman and top of the line powerplay specialist. Penguins fans have already seen him in action while he was with the team for half of last season, and he did not disappoint. |

| Slapshot could use a little work…prone to turnovers and dumb defensive decision-making…tends to shy away from immense physicality…is not always consistent. |

He’s only 5’11”?? His presence seems larger! I’m looking for him to improve and be a key player for this team.

His preseason performances have been very encouraging. I’m fairly optimistic about his ability to make a significant impact offensively while exhibiting an improved defensive game this season.
