WBS Pens win 8-4, lead series 3-1

The Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Baby Penguins defeated the Philadelphia Phantoms tonight by a final score of 8-4. The Pens were lead by Tim Brent and Ryan Stone in the scoring department.
F Tim Brent kept up the hot scoring after he scored his 8th and 9th goals of the playoffs, and tallied one assist.
D Mark Ardelan scored his 2nd of the playoffs from the high slot after receiving a great feed from LW Tim Wallace. Ardelan also added an assist.
F Ryan Stone recorded his 2nd and 3rd goals of the playoffs tonight, as well as 2 assists, making him the 1st star of the game.
C Dustin Jeffrey recorded his first pro points tonight. First, he assisted one Stone’s first goal. He also scored his 1st career AHL goal. D Ben Lovejoy took a wrist shot from the point, and Jeffrey reached to put in the rebound.
LW Connor James scored his 4th of the playoffs, and C Nathan Smith scored his 3rd of the playoffs.
D Alex Goligoski also extended his point streak to yet another game, making it eight straight games. Goligoski had 2 assists tonight.
G John Curry picked up the win tonight, after making 32 saves on 36 shots.
Final Score: WBS 8 @ PHI 4
Penguins lead the series, 3-1
