The Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Baby Penguins look to even up the series tonight as the face off against Portland. The Pirates have a 2-1 series lead over the Penguins.
RW Jonathan Filewich, as reported previously, played in game 3 and is returned from his injury.
The major line-up change that has affected the Penguins has been missing key physical players. On the two-game losing streak they are currently riding, neither tough guy LW Paul Bissonnette, nor RW Dennis Bonvie have dressed. We’ll see if Coach Todd Richards has a change in plans.
Tonight at 7:05, the Penguins take on the Portland Pirates on the road.
F Tim Brent is second in the AHL in points with 18, and leads the AHL in goals with 10.
G Mike McKenna earned the win for the Pirates in game 3, and is expected to start over G Jean-Sebastien Aubin, who was listed as injured (day to day). G John Curry is expected to start in net for the Baby Penguins.
