| Summary |
| The Wilkes-Barre/Scranton "Baby" Penguins defeat the
Albany River Rats by a 7-3 margin. In his return from a broken jaw injury, it only took Jean-Michel Daoust 49 seconds to score his 1st goal of the season. Daoust would later set up a goal, and score on a laser beam one-timer. Jeff Taffe was the first star and player of the game, as he set up 2 goals and scored 2 of his own. Adam Berkhoel earned the win tonight, stopping 22 of 25 shots faced. Luca Caputi continues his point streak of 8-consecutive games. Caputi kicked the puck up in the air, and batted the puck out of mid air behind the Albany goaltender. The next game is tomorrow against Philadelphia (5:05). |
