This is a test of the new contact form for contacting faceoff factor.

I’m still working on it, so be careful when using it. Particularly, at the moment, it doesn’t notice if you haven’t chosen a recipient, and if you don’t choose a recipient, it will just vanish into thin air.

 It is important to note that all Faceoff Factor positions are non-paying at this point.  We are hockey fans who simply love sharing hockey-related stories/opinions, photos, videos, etc.

To apply for a position, please fill out our contact form and provide the following required information.
  • Name of position you wish to hold
     
  • A sample of your work
     
  • Your age, location, and educational background/work experience
     
  • Anything else you feel would be important for us to know

The concept is simple. Provide a link on your site to Faceoff Factor and we gladly will return the favor. As long as Faceoff Factor’s link remains on your site, your link will remain on Faceoff Factor — no questions asked.

However, if we happen to notice that Faceoff Factor’s link has been removed from your site, we no longer will return the favor.		 To apply, provide the following information.
